Banana Fosters
Banana fosters is a dessert dish that features sliced bananas cut and allowed to caramelize from heat in it’s own sauce. It is a quick and tasty dessert that is heavenly with any added chocolate or a splash of rum.

Grilled Peaches
Fruit is delicious when cooked over an open fire. Peaches can be grilled straight over a fire or seared in a pan with a trickle of sugar and spiced rum. These also pair well with ice cream of many varieties.

Skilled Cookie and Vanilla Ice Cream
Who doesn’t love a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie cooked directly in a cast iron skillet over an open fire. To do so, place a large amount of cookie dough evenly spread in a cast iron pan, cover and set directly on flames for around 20-30 minutes. Then, remove the skillet and scoop out a warm cookie bite and top with ice cream.
