Creative Environments Wins Several New Awards and Distinctions
Creative Environments, a leading pool, spa, landscape design and construction company based in Tempe, is proud to announce that it has earned several new awards and distinctions at two recent awards ceremonies: the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA) Excellence in Landscaping Awards Gala, which was held on November 19, 2022, and PCBC’s 59th Annual Gold Nugget Awards Ceremony, held June 22. These honors – which join Creative Environments’ lengthy roster of previous awards, including Gold and Silver Awards at The Nationals 2022 – recognize the company’s innovation, vision and commitment to quality in landscape design and construction for both residential and commercial properties.
At the ALCA Gala, Creative Environments earned the Award of Excellence for Commercial Installation in both the $500,000-$1 million and the over $1 million categories for the Sterling Grove Model Park and the Sterling Grove Golf & Country Club, respectively. Spanning 780 acres in Surprise, Ariz., Sterling Grove is a picturesque luxury community developed by Toll Brothers, a home builder with which Creative Environments regularly partners. Other honors from ALCA include four Awards of Distinction for Model Home Installation in communities across the greater Phoenix area, an Award of Excellence for Residential Redesign over $200,000, and an Award of Excellence for Residential Installation $500,000-$750,000.
Selected by a panel of top industry experts who reviewed nearly 600 entries, PCBC’s Gold Nugget Awards recognize the most exciting trends in design, planning and building. Creative Environments won Gold Nugget Awards in the following categories: Masterplan Community of the Year and Best Landscape Architecture for a Community for Sterling Grove; Best Single Family Detached Home over 4,500 square feet and Best Home-Work Space for the Haralson Cottage model in Flora at Morrison Ranch, a Toll Brothers master planned community in Gilbert; and Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home for the Ambrosia II model in Bridle Ranch, a Toll Brothers community in Queen Creek. In addition, Creative Environments earned several Gold Nugget Awards of Merit, including Best Community Amenity for Sterling Grove, Best Single Family Detached Home in two different size categories for homes in Caleda by Toll Brothers, and Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Home for The Ariane model in Flora at Morrison Ranch.
