I am a property manager that used Creative Environment for the last three years. During that time they transformed the condominium property at LegacyGolf Course from just OK to a vibrant, blooming and exceptionally well maintained community. Tyler is the head of the maintenance division and was well informed, communicative and responsive. I’ve read some negative reviews that defy any experience I had with them for over 36 months. There’s something to be said for a company in business in the valley for over 70 years. I would recommend them as aPhoenician for over 30 yrs.

Creative Environments and all their different teams are incredible. From designing our backyard pool, fire pit area, outdoor kitchen and landscaping and then executing on that design was absolutely perfect. They delivered the project ahead of schedule and communicated with me the entire way. I never had to reach out to them to find out where in the process we were or what was going on. The team always communicated before, during, and after the entire process / build. Then the customer care team took over all maintenance of our pool and landscaping and do just as equally of an incredible job. They show up when they say they will and communicate very clearly. I even had a toy get sucked into the drain of the pool and couldn’t get it out and they had a pool tech dive into our pool and open the drain area at the bottom of the pool to retrieve it! Jesus was the tech that volunteered to save us from having to drain our pool, and who possibly saved what could have been a real disaster had it went into the piping past the drain. Jesus you are the definition of what a client experience and WOW moment is in customer satisfaction and service. That was way above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful for what you did and for how you represented Creative Environments and all their teams! Thank you Jesus and everyone at Creative Environments you are a very special company. Also a shout out to Danielle Minnickel who was our designer and lead on our project. She is legit and has an eye for design and detail that makes you proud to work with her. I can’t thank her enough!!!
