Design Features
The luxurious single-story residences in this community offer covered porches and spacious interiors, as well as expertly designed backyards perfect for entertaining. In addition, the backyards in these models feature resort-style amenities, complete with pools, outdoor kitchens and large covered entertaining areas. Flowers and other green elements flank the dining and seating area, contrasting with the crisscross marble and grass pieces. Additionally, dark metal fountain fixtures cascade into the pool that overlooks the golf course, providing guests a great place to relax when the weather warms.
The pool features vibrant purple lighting, creating a dramatic visual effect. Stone steps cross the pool area and lead to a seating area with a fire table. Making it a perfect place for a late-night conversation with friends. Opposite the seating area is a plush, hanging swing, making for an attention-grabbing focal point.
