Creative Environments Honored at 2023 MAME Awards
The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA) recently released the winners of the 37th annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards, and Creative Environments is proud to have been recognized in a number of categories. The MAME awards bring together industry-leaders in the home building industry to celebrate the most remarkable and cutting-edge projects of the past year. This year’s selections included over 20 builders in more than 60 categories, with winners chosen from a panel of experts who reviewed over 200 entries.
This year, Creative Environments took home the award for Best Outdoor Living Space in the $600k-1M category for our work on the Sterling Grove St. Helena Model, a new addition to the expertly designed community by Toll Brothers. Situated in Surprise, this home couples luxurious single family with resort-style amenities. Our work on this model focused on crafting beautiful outdoor entertaining spaces and eye-catching water features.
We are also proud to have a number of our designs recognized as finalists this year. Our Bronco, Sterling Grove, Hastings and Rosewood Highlands at Skyrock all received finalist nominations in the coveted Best Outdoor Living Space Over 1M category, and our Paradigm model was a finalist in the Best Outdoor Living Space 600k-1M category. Our Rosewood Highlands at Storyrock was also a finalist in the prestigious Home of the Year category.
