Creative Environments has won 15 prestigious landscape awards at the 2024 Gold Nuggets — including Home of the Year for our work at The Sunburst. The Gold Nugget awards the best trends in residential design, planning, and building internationally. There were 675 separate entries.
This is the 3rd time that Creative Environments has won Home of the Year. This prestigious award is not given every year — only when a home is truly unique and special. Our team has previously won this award in 2023 for The Cavallo and 2017 for The Adero by Toll Brothers.

The prep kitchen is a showpiece of its own as it connects to an outdoor kitchen and entertaining space with 360-degree views of the McDowell Mountains. The primary bedroom suite serves as a private oasis with a luxurious spa-like bathroom and direct outdoor access to a secluded spa area.
