Our team at Creative Environments recently completed the outdoor design of the Caleda model homes (The Triana and The Fiora) in an exclusive housing development by the Toll Brothers. Nestled in a private gated community in beautiful Queen Creek, the Caleda models boast premium features and luxurious design. In particular, the unique water features we designed for these models perfectly compliment the luxury and craftsmanship of the interior of these homes. Here are some of the highlights.

The Caleda models boast a number of distinctive water elements, from stunning fountains to striking waterfalls. One of the focal points of the backyard living space is a large circular pool inlaid in white tile and bordered by sleek, minimalist metal fountains cascading into the surface. The soft, white curves of the pool contrast beautifully with the sharp, dark geometric design of the water features that accent it.

One of the outdoor patios spaces is nestled under a large canopy and features a comfortable eating and entertaining area offset by a large rectangular pool. A falling rain fountain streams from the overhead covering, and sharply separates this covered entertaining space from the rest of the backyard.

Across the yard, a seating area surrounding a glossy, black fire table is overlooked by a set of three hardscape waterfalls gently pouring into a plot of dark pebbles. The sound of the waterfall makes the perfect backdrop for late night conversations around the fire feature or just for snuggling up and watching the stars.

A quiet seating area is situated under the outdoor balcony of the home and features a number of smaller fountain pieces emptying into a large brick basin. This water feature overlooks the beautifully tiled and intimate patio area, which is great for entertaining on cool nights.

The outdoor water elements at our Caleda model homes perfectly accent the entertaining and dining spaces and ensure that any homeowner will want to spend as much time outside as they can.
